Return Policy:

We want you to love your item(s). We understand occasionally it’s not what was expected, we’ll gladly process your return for qualifying items within thirty (30) days from the purchased date. A shipping fee of eight dollars ($8) will be deducted from your total when the return is processed. Original shipping fees are non refundable. 

• • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed.

• • Items must be returned with all vendor tags attached.

• • Handbags and / or purses are final sale.

• • All accessories are final sale (Ex: Jewelry, hats, etc.) 

• • Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.

• • No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price. 

• • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be denied.

• • Return packages must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the order delivering. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial.

• PodeRosa Clothing reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.

Incorrect or missing item from order:

If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please email us at info@poderosa.shop within 2 business days of the delivery date. For incorrect items, we will process a free return label for you to ship it back. We will send out a replacement or refund.
